As we prepare to reopen the studio our first priority is your well-being. How are you feeling—mentally and physically? What has surfaced for you emotionally during this time of self-quarantining and isolation? Is quarantine fatigue a real thing? Have you struggled to maintain or start a self-care routine? Are you finding yourself questioning matters you once took for granted? Are you fixated on the news or overly preoccupied with social media? Has the transition to virtual work, school, and social engagement left you less active?
Now is the time to embrace our yoga practice, to come to our inspiration, realign our energies, and strengthen our breadth of compassion and wisdom, for ourselves and others.
Preregister now for this upcoming series with an emphasis on exploring the social, emotional, and physical impact of this unprecedented time. Through meditation, journaling, discussion, and yoga as a foundation of this series, we will reinvigorate and reconnect individually and collectively, and come to that place of oneness among us.
This four week series will help you release unsettled distress and unease and reset physically and emotionally so that you can embrace the warmth of the summer days and the newness of the times ahead.
