Intro to Meditation: How to Incorporate Meditation into your Yoga Practice

Find inner peace and cultivate a closer connection to your higher self through the practice of authentic meditation techniques. We’ll learn and practice a variety of meditations that can be done while in stillness, during yoga class, and in daily life. The heart of yoga is meditation! These tools will help the student deepen their practice into the spiritual dimensions of yoga and come to a more complete understanding of the true nature of Self.
If the you have mala beads or prayer beads, you are encouraged to bring them, but its not required.
Some yoga experience necessary.
