A combination of vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, this class balances the physical element of yoga with meditation. Allow the fluidity of breath to lead you through a flow, building strength and warmth throughout. The blend of yin and restorative poses are low to the mat, held longer and target the connective tissues such as ligaments and joints. Some benefits are regaining range of motion, detoxification and strengthening the bones. This class includes gentle hands-on assists, Reiki, and time to decompress from the business of life, allowing you to float away after class.
