Finding Balance: The Circle of Life Tool

Join Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Amanda Cooney, for this opportunity to find balance through primary food. Primary food includes elements such as a meaningful spiritual practice, an inspiring career, regular and enjoyable physical activity, and honest and open relationships that feed your soul and your hunger for living. The more primary food we receive, the less we depend on secondary food. Amanda will begin with a brief explanation on the difference of Primary Food (areas of your life) and Secondary Food (actual food/nourishment). Then you will move into this personalized worksheet to draw what your circle of life looks like. This tool allows you to identify imbalances and determine where to spend more time and energy to create balance.
